RWRN Launches Brooklyn Drop-In Center

As part of our ongoing community outreach efforts, RWRN has long aspired to create a welcoming drop-in center for the people we serve. We’re excited to announce the launch of our weekly RWRN/Ezer drop-in center in the Kensington area of Brooklyn.

Starting with one day a week, RWRN volunteers now have a dedicated location where we can provide a community hub for meetings, one-on-one interactions, events, free resources, as well as a help desk for vulnerable individuals who need advocacy support.

Safety and privacy first

While RWRN has an open door policy, to keep all members safe and to protect the vulnerable individuals we serve as well as our volunteers, all attendees are carefully vetted. After the vetting process is completed, we maintain an open door policy with no membership fees or reduced fees.
